Things are a bit crazy here with midterms, papers, and such. As I’m sure many of you have been, I have been constantly running around this week!
Luckily, I am able to train twice a day through my team. However, if you’re not a part of a team and find yourself skipping workouts, check out these tips from Triathlete.
My favorite piece of advice for staying sane during busy times is to TAKE BREAKS. Watch a quick show in between essays. Go on a jog. Take a nap. Your brain will crack if you don’t give it some rest!
Take a deep breath and carry on!
