Cross Training

While swimming, biking, and running are fun many athletes also take part in other sports ranging from hockey to surfing to cross train. Also most athletes will do yoga or weight lifting to help train for triathlon. Rowing is also a great option. 

Some forms of Cross Training

  • Rowing
  • Cross-fit
  • Surfing
  • Yoga
  • Other common sports – like hockey, basketball, etc.
  • Weight lifting
  • Rock Climbing
